Hello Experts,
When an appointment created in OL is deleted, system sets the status to "Cancelled" in SAP CRM.
For one of the transaction type, in Status Profile Customizing, we have 2 status (STAT1 and STAT2) mapped to internal status "CANC".
When OL is in language "EN", system sets the status in SAP CRM to "STAT1"
When OL is in language "DE", system sets the status in SAP CRM to "STAT2"
We want always to map internal status to "STAT1" irrespective of language.
Could you please guide us why the system behaves inconsistently? How to change this behavior?

It could be that when maintaining the status profile for "DE" language, the status was mistakenly assigned wrongly.
Try checking the translation maintained for your status profile by using the menu GOTO --> Translation --> Status Translation.
Check which Status is assigned to both EN and DE entries.
