Hi Experts,

I am facing the "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage" error while accessing travel request in employee self service.

Portal version is 7.00

System object working fine.

Services are activated.

Your response will be appreciated.

Hi Vamshi,

Is this happening in other browsers? Please test

Can you preview the ESS travel request iview in the pcd directly? Does it display correctly?

Also it would be helpful if you could record a httpwatch trace as described in kba 1558903 and upload so we can see whats happening when the errors thrown

Hi Vamshi,

Have you checked logs/default traces from Portal end.

Also check if there is any dump in R/3.

Is the issue occurring for all users?

It is happening for all users in specific location.

But the same user is accessing in another location.

Please check if the DNS is getting resolved for the users in the particular location.

Hi Vamshi,

If you open developer tools, you will get the error in console option.

From here you can check if the issue is a DNS failure or some other error.

Paste the screenshot of the error message that you get on console.
