DM Workflow Activity Wise Roles Issue

Hi All,

We have issue in DM workflow activities with Roles

We have Custom Work Flow.

We have 3 Users (1. Veera 2.MC 3.DH)

User1: Roles and Authorizations (Global Permissions and Local Permissions) for User: Veera

 
 

Roles Assigned to User Veera: ALL

User2: MC (Global Permissions and Local Permissions)

 
 

User3: DH (Global Permissions and Local Permissions)

 

Role:- Standard Admin                                                                                 

Role:- Standard Advance Manager

Role:- Standard-Editor

 
 

Role: Standard Manager

 
 

Role: Standard Read Only

 
 

Step1: MC LOGIN DM

Step:2 MC User Starts Work (Activity)

 
 

Step3: MC User Open the Start Works and Edit and add the data, once data entry is done by user, changes are Saved.

 
 

Step4: After the changes are done and the data is saved, MC user has to click on the finished button

Note:- MC User: Once the activity is finished by the MC user, he should not edit the data/Chapter, MC User he can only view the data which he has saved.

But in the workflow, the activity is in finished mode  we have assigned the standard read only mode

We have assigned only view access permission Chapter/Report to the standard read only mode

As per the above roles, the system should not allow the user to edit chapter/document once it is finished. But here the user is able to edit the chapter or activity even after it is finished

Step5: DH User Login

Step6: DH Login the screen looks like below

Step7: DH User Edit and add the data, once data entry is done by user, changes are Saved..

Step8: DH User Can Rejected the Chapter and Document.

 
 

DH User: Once the activity is rejected by the DH user, he should not edit the data/Chapter, DH User can only view the data which he has rejected.

But in the workflow, the activity is in Rejected mode we have assigned the standard read only mode

We have assigned only view access permission Chapter/Report to the standard read only mode

As per the above roles, the system should not allow the user to edit chapter/document once it is Rejected. But here the user is able to edit the chapter or activity even after it is Rejected
