OVS List restriction

Dear Friends,

I have implemented OVS and in the list there are more than 1 lacks of records and so i want to restrict it on selection of F4 without restricting it in the query. How is it possible?

Hi,

Provide one more field in OVS selection for ex : Maximum no. of hits.

Based on the Maximum no. of hits provided by user, filter the records and show them accordingly.
