Account 'Special reserves balance' could not be found for area 03

Hi experts,

while executing "Depreciation posting run" we are getting following error.

Account 'Special reserves balance' could not be found for area 03

We have considered/customized depreciation area 03 is not a drived area. I do not why it is being addressed here.

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Iftikhar,

It seems you have manonatined 2 -post to Gl account in OADB however have not maintained local accounts in AO90 for area 03.

Please check and confirm.

Could you please check the depreciation area definition through OADB t.code ?

Hi,

Please check if you GL account are already created for company code level and not defined as reconciliation A.

Take a look on below settings as check list settings:

Special Reserves - Asset Accounting (FI-AA) - SAP Library
