SOTR text not updated after change

Hi Experts,

I have an SOTR text which was created in a repair system.

After creation there is now a requirement to change the text.

I have changed the value of both the English text as well the translation however it doesn't reflect when using the webdynpro.

Could you let me know what's missing so that this can be fixed?
