Unable to save Analysis workbook to BIP in version 2.2

Hi guys,

Today I upgraded to Analysis 2.2 and unless I am missing something, I am unable to save a workbook to the BI Platform. In version 2.1.3 and before, I was always able to select a Personal Folder that was created for the user. Now, in 2,2 this folder is not selectable and the save button is greyed out.

Any suggestions...?

Thanks,

Stephen

Hi Stephen,

as a workaround select already existing workbook - it will list the name in fields

then try giving your new name  - it will be enabled

Thanks Subhash,

The problem is I'm unable to see the Personal folders that the user has so I can't select an existing workbook...

Thanks,

Stephen

i have encountered this issue once, After giving Name & Technical name append something to Name

Name : TEST

Description : TEST

and then

Name : TEABC

Description : TEST

i know its weird, giving you workaround but you can raise a incident for this

Thanks & regards,

Subhash

It works for me on 4.1 SP6 Patch 2 and 4.1 SP4 Patch 7 with AO 2.2 SP00 and all versions before. =/

I am on BI4.2 and I don't experience this issue.  I wonder if Analysis wants you to be on a higher SP for BI4.1 - unfortunately the PAM is not published yet.  I recommend submitting a SAP Support incident
