Agent can not log out of SCC

Hi

We have recently rolled back to the clients Pre-SCC system, however 1 user is still logged into SCC, I have changed the Users password and logged him out of CDT however when looking in online monitoring the User is still shown as logged in, why is this and how can this user be logged out of the system?

This issue has been resolved the agent had external agent selected in there user config and External Agent was not available in this build of SCC (client request)
