Unable add comment notes in BI Portal

Dear All,

Currently we are implementing standard BI report using standard iview in portal.

There is one button called Notes to create note in each report.

All users cannot create notes, each time their tried, they got the following message:

Resource New 15-11-24 18-18 SUPPORT01.txt could not be created. JCo exception Unknown Error

When I trace it seems authorization problem.

Then I check with my user id and works fine, I have SAP_ALL in ABAP and Super Administration (pcd:portal_content/administrator/super_admin/super_admin_role) in portal.

We already implement notes 573725 - Authorizations for documents for transaction data and it seems not help solve the problem.

Has anyone have any idea? Thanks.

Ask your BASIS team for help regarding your authorization issue..

Hi Harry,

I was having the same issue,  this is more authorization related issue in BI and portal.

please get in touch with BI and Portal admin to resolve the issue.
