Get the flat file of inbound idoc

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a way to generate a flat file that includes the information of an inbound idoc.

I have tried to generate it from WE02 and idoc menu option but that's not the format I want to get, I would like to have format similar to the one I have when i generate a file from outbound interface.

Is it possible?

Hi,

for me you need to customize the IDoc to save it in localfile BD64/WE20 ...

or you could create your own program using the FM IDOC_READ_COMPLETELY

Hi Jon,

This below option might be helpful, but you have to do this manually.

Select the IDOC from WE02 and double click on that.

In the menu option select IDOC -> Print IDOC. Using the options in the tool bar, you can export the contents of the IDOC to a flat file or an excel file.
