error while loading shared libraries: libboeim_kd_64.so

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am checking the keycode of Data Services using License Manager in Suse12 running DataService 4.2.

I ran the command ./LicenseManager -v in $Data Services installation path/bin but the system return an error

biadm@srv0002:/BiPlat/dataservices/bin> ./LicenseManager -v

./LicenseManager: error while loading shared libraries: libboeim_kd_64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

but the the file libboeim_kd_64.so is in the directory BiPlat/dataservices/bin.

Can you please help me to solve the problem?

Hi Ernesto,

Just replicated the error which you faced. Just run the command given by Dirk under

/appl/sap/BODS4/dataservices/bin

. ./al_env.sh

and then run the below command. License Manager should give details about the License.

./LicenseManager -v

If you still have any issues then check with the permissions on the shared libraries.

Could be your environment is not set properly.

Execute the command

     . ./al_env.sh

then run LicenseManager again.
