Work Order Component Mass Change Offset

Hi All

Does anyone have a solution for Mass Changing Component Offset?

I know it is possible to maintain the Offset in a BOM, but this is not always possible.

Hello Jeff,

• This can be managed with Batch input program. If the Offst is same through-out the Order then you can have Order no and Offset fields in Selection-screen, so that Execute the program with these two values would replace the off-set values of all the components involved in an Order OR it can be excel file based batch input to deal with multiple Orders at a time.(Excel file will have 2 coumlns Order no and Offset)
• Even LSMW by recording method also can be tried.

Hello Jeff,

Batch input orBDC is a ABAP program developed by ABAPer. Before that he records the tcode activities of updating the Offset field until Save of the Order. In this recording recording he gets the idea about the function codes / OK codes to be used in the BDC program. So it is purely technical matter.
