SmartForm Properties-Wagetype -Amount for Full & Final Letter

Hi Experts,

We are developing a smart for for Full & Final.

It has the following properties to be included for giving it out to the employees-

I believe the technical wage-types are the ones which will provide the exact last moment details

Payables-

LTA

BONUS

TOTAL AREAR

GRATUITY

INCENTIVE

ADJUSTMENTS

DEDUCTION

IT DEDUCTIONS

PF DEDUCTION

PT

PF ARREARS

From which all technical Wage-types i can get the last & updated amount to put it in Full & Final letter.

Please guide.

PF - /3F5 PF arrears /ZF5, PT - /3P3  IT deuctions - /460 etc, we have /4M* wage types as well, Total arrears /552, rest we will have to configure.

Hi,

Only statutory related deduction will be captured from technical wage type. Rest you will capture from custom wage type for the current payroll period RT table.

Payables-

LTA      ---- Custom Wage type

BONUS------ Custom wage type

TOTAL AREAR--- total of all custom wage type arrear component or /552

GRATUITY  ---- custom wage type

INCENTIVE ----- custom wage type

ADJUSTMENTS

DEDUCTION---- Custom wage type

IT DEDUCTIONS---- Custom wage type

PF DEDUCTION--- technical wage type (3F1)

PT---- Technical wage type

PF ARREARS-- Technical wage type /Zf5
