Does SAP EHSM  Solution  offers  changes in policies, process, procedures, continuity plans to training and guidance system?

Hi Sia,

I think you could have better phrased your question as "Does changes in policies, process, procedures, continuity plans leading to renewed training requirements, is supported by SAP EHS Management systems?"

If you are seeking answer to above question, then yes a business case can be built within SAP MOC solution where-in you can define Change request types pertaining to changes in documents of policies/procedures/continuity plans etc, which leads to new version of the document in MOC application. You need to explore the available options of BADIs in MOC application which can pass on the required information (based on event trigger) to BAPIs of SAP HCM- LSO (Learning Solution) for creation of new training/guidance requirements.

Business case is there; you need to explore both the systems, which are quite flexible. Hope this is helpful?

Changing the policies, process, procedures, continuity plans will comes under SAP MOC & Yes we can integrate with SAP EHSM.
