Translation of short/long text

Hi all,

I have a large application with a lot of objects which I would like to translation in another language. Is there a tool for bulk processing or do I have to do it one by one? I did not find any information about text translation in BRFplus manuals.

At SAP time-dependent texts for BRFplus objects (when transported) are automatically put into translator's inbox and tools. But I think this is probably SAP-internal infrastructure.

Generally, you may of course use the API to read texts for objects, have them translated somewhere and write back the text and activate the objects.

Note, that you need to enable language dependent texts. The default is language-independent.

Just a remark: The SAP translation infrastructure (translators inbox etc.) can be used by partners as well as by customers in order to use the SAP translation workflow.
