Change of default view in standard webdynpro component

Dear ALL,

I am a learner from ABAP Webdynpro. Currenly we are working in SAP GRC module and my requirement is to change the default view in the standard webdynpro component which is displaying in portal window.

So when user clicks the work inbox, it will take him to the other window where in he could see the webdynpro component. He is getting the default screen view as View1. So he would like to go to view5 tab directly as defalt view. So will there be any configuration to achieve this requirement or any other options.

I understand that if it is tab strip, we can do numbering however it it not tab strip.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Just check the WDP component associated with that.In that WDP component(if it is a Z-WDP), navigate to required WINDOW in which that VIEW is embedded . Right click on the view and select set as default.

Hello KH,

yes, as you said, I am aware of this navigation if it is z application. However as mentioned in my thread, its standard component.
