Language implementation in Successfactors

Hi All, may I have the detailed explanation of Language implementation process in Successfactors as it is one of the key features in Employee Central ?

Wow, that's a very broad question. In general, SF is moving most translations into Admin. As long as the language is turned on in provisioning (check to see if they own the language pack), you should be able to do most translations in admin. But a few modules are lagging behind such as Succession which some still needs to be done in XML. Even recruiting templates can be updated in admin.

language packs should be enabled first in provisioning, check the implementation guide and yes for company specific translation there are KBAs.
