Re-determination of Responsible organization unit/ responsible employee according to number of days of complaint

Hi,

Is there a method to change automatically responsible organization/ responsible employee for a particular business object type(transaction type) according to the number of days that have passed.

You would need to look at the post processing framework along with Action to meet this requirement.

Check out the SAP CRM Best Practice guides for SERVICE.

You'll need to configure the set-up, use ABAP to apply the change in Org/Resp Employee and also schedule the PPF.
