How to search for Activity by business partner involved

Dear CRM gurus,

We have a request to check if it possible to search for an Activity by business partner involved in it.

For example we have created Appointments and under Attendee list there are several partners:

Contact Person

Employee responsible

Internal Attendee

Is there a way to search for Appointments by business partner name?

Hello,

In the Web UI, you can put any search criteria that you need. It may be easier to understand what they are by showing the keys in the dropdown lists (personalize - settings). You can find below a screen print that should be what you are looking for.

Just try with Partner number and Partner function. Activate both fields from the Available search criteria.

The main table is CRM_ACTIVITY_H then you can find related partner detail in below table.

You can use BOL programming to find orders based on partner and process type filter.

BTQ1Order - dyn query object

Filter:

BU_PARTNER - partner no

OBJECT_TYPE - process type
