Hi experts,

In Our system update related to customer has stuck up in inbound system and not clearing while reprocessing.All cusomer updated are are not updating in CRM hence all business partner relationship also are in intermediate stage not updated.

Please suggest. It's crtical.

Hi All,

Sorry for updating little late to my post.

Mapping error is a common middleware error which can be due to several reasons. In my case error triggered in CRM when contact person which has bad data added in ERP system and so Bdocs triggered in CRM. The contact person due to bad data did not create in CRM hence the guid was missing and relationship was failing due to mapping error.

Thanks to each on of you tried to help e with their post and it was helpful too in analyzing the issue.

Hi prem Kumar,

    After i check the error message,  I think the customer no. is initial in the BDOC,  So you need check your config first.  Have you config the entry in PIDE?
