I searched in SCN, few posts available but its not clear.

Business requirement is

Business needs Sales order confirmation and billing documents in ARABIC and ENGLISH both languages,

Can you please elaborate how to achieve this.

Note: presently English language outputs available

what is the question aiming for? Are you asking how to use the transaction SE63 and translate your form?

What kind of form do you have, Sapscript, smartforms, IFbA? Maybe you also have a look here. Searching SCN is not the only thing you can do
