Dear experts.
We are using GRC10.0 SP15. We have CUA system in place and connected to GRC system.
If the user doesnot exist in central system, and GRC request is initiated to create that user in child system, everything works fine. Role provisioning, user group updation, valid from, valid to dates get updated in CUA system and then later will be reflected in the child system.
If the user already exists in central system and does not exist in child system. GRC request is initiated to create that user in child system, Role provisioning is happening in the central system, but the user group updation, valid from, valid to dates are getting updated in the child system directly. Later once CUA system fields are reflected in child system, GRC changes will be overwritten.
Note: The process of raising the request is same in both the cases.
Is there any possibility that user group is updated directly in central system even though user already exists in central system,
Could you please share thoughts on this if anyone gone through the same issue,
Thanks in advance.

Hi Baithi,
Thank you for your response.
Yes, I have referred the note
2121176 - UAM: User group not provisioned while creating/changing user in CUA
As we have few stand alone systems (Non CUA systems) also connected to the GRC system, we cannot make the CUA global system as active in SPRO as per the prerequisite in the note.
Thanks,
Trilok K
