Note 1684462:Property file missing in WebDynpro Standard applications

Symptom

Button Text is not displayed properly in the WebDynpro Standard applications. The button text shows the technical names, not the actual name. For example "Maintain JCO Connection" button it displays "view.StartView.MenuGroup.ToolBar.ToolBarItem.MaintainJCOConnectionsButton.text" or "Create JCo Destination" now says "view.StartView.MenueGroup.ToolBar.ToolBarItem.CreateJCOCLientButton.text".

WebDynproCoreComponents, WebDynpro Java, UI elements text,Content Administrator button labels with strange text,Incorrect tooltips and titles, "view.StartView.MenueGroup.ToolBar.ToolBarItem.CreateJCOCLientButton.text"

Reason and Prerequisites

Due to a security fix, a jar was to be referenced by the WebDynproCoreComponents project. Since the reference was missing the required property files was not generated.
