Hi Amol,

you can register yourself as a customer on service.sap.com & obtain an S-user ID.

As for the note, this is all it says: 'The likely introduction of goods and services tax (GST) in India with the effective date April 1st, 2016, promises to be one of the biggest and most impactful changes in the history of indirect taxation in India. SAP is considering enhancements to SAP Business One that would comply with the legal requirements once the GST is introduced.'

Hi Amol,

8.82 is a very old version & no new patches are made available.

New bugfixes & legal changes are implemented in supported versions only.
