how can i define New Region in sap crm Web ui

Sap crm web ui --->Corporate account-->Sales area data-->organisation-->Region

Currently there are few drop down already present , but my requirement is to add new

Scenario: based on the selection drop down end user can identify which region it belongs to

Hello chinna,

What do you mean 'define New Region'?

Where do you want to 'add new region'? Do you mean in the places like GET_V method? 

Do you mean, at the moment, there are four items in 'Region' ddlb: Eastern../Northern.../Southern.../Western. You want more items in this ddlb field?

What's the technical information for this "region" field? Please put cursor on region field and click F2 . Please give a screenshot for the F2 information.
