SAP IQ 16 Installation issue on Windows 8.1 ?

Sybase IQ 16 Installer Fails on Windows 8.1 and Later Windows OS e.g Windows 2012. It works perfectly on Windows 7.

The error  is "ZeroGu2: Windows DLL Failed to Load......"

Attached file with full Error description.

Which Installer to use for SAP IQ 16 (Server , SCC)that is certified to run with Windows 8.1 and Later O.S. ?

Hi,

have you checked this kba: https://i7p.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/2101997

It is mostly about running it in combatibility mode.

Thanks for the reply Hans , but I have already tried that . Running the same in compatibility mode (XP & 7) does not help.  Besides I am not able to open the link which you have sent.

Have ever tried to install with Windows 2007 compatibility mode?

Windows 2012, Windows 8.1 Installations

Some libraries required to support Windows 2012 and Windows 8.1installations are not currently available in the iAnywhere installer. Use Windows 2007 compatibility mode to install Windows 2012. Windows 2012 R2, and Windows 8.1.
