How To View the document uploaded for a BPM Task

Hi Experts,

I have a costume requirement of creating a screen where in for a BPM process all uploaded documents from the standers upload function in the BPM Task. These documents gets saved in the ECM repository.

Using BPM API I have got the Document ID but now i need to know where is it saved and how can i access it?

System Information: PO 7.4 SP 11

Hello Piyas,

Try using FM 'SDOK_PHIO_LOAD_CONTENT' to read the contents of the document. Alternatively , You can also use FM 'SDOK_PHIO_GET_URL_FOR_GET' to get the URL of a document which can be processed on the browser.

The ECM used is in the PO Box itself so How will the FM work?

Is there any standard Web-service available?

The ECM is configures to the Default.
