Batch Not automatically assigned

Hi Gurus,

I got an error from client that "Batch is not getting automatically assigned in Vl01n".

Have attached a screenshot.

Can anyone please help me understand and resolve the error.

You are sure that you have your condition records for batch determination in place?

Or that you have enough batch stock available to be assigned?

Do the Transfer order..

In delivery screen > extras > create transfer order.

Really sorry for the delay in reply,was busy with some thing.

Actually the customer does not create transfer orders.

thanks for the help, please suggest some thing else.
