I am not able to find the section called Tax payable/Refundable in Form 16 layout. Please help me out.

Hi,

1)If this is the problem for only few employees, then you may have to check the data completeness (payroll results/clusters) for those employees.

2)If this is the problem for all the employees then probably you may have to look into the program you are running. Also you can search for any note to be applied regarding this.

It's happening for all employees. Even I checked the SAP notes.

Actually Form 16 should include the section Tax Payable/Refundable rite??. When the employer deduct more TDS from the employee and got adjusted in the month of march. Then the refundable amount should display in the Form 16.

Please show the sample form16 which is having refund with defect of what you found in your case (if you want, you can strike out data for confidentiality).

If possible, you may show a sample form-16 which is having tax refund from R3 GUI.

What you had attached is not having the refund (it is having tax payable).

I will check with the refund case from my system and come back to you.
