Dear All,
My client want to change the division item wise in crmd_order.
but its seems to be greyed out.
but the same order i am able to change the division in ERP.
is it standard setting that Division is not editable in CRM?
Please advise
what needs to be done if i want to change the division Item wise in CRM order

Hello,
If you have Header Division active in the configuration and the org data profile assigned to the item category doesn't have the org determination rule, then the system will determine the division from the product master. You cannot change it as there isn't any rule assigned to it.
Try to assign the org rule to the org data profile assigned to the item category and check if you can change the division.

Are you asking about division field of org data on item level in crmd_order?
Need to check if you have assigned any determination rule or responsibility rule for the org profile for the item category.
