SLM SP16 upgrade stop at Import phase 'PREPARE_XPRA'

Hi

I am facing error when i am going to upgrade sp16 in solution manager queue stop at 'PREPARE_XPRA' phase
with this error " DB inconsistent: file attributes for SAPK-S7220INCTSPLGN not found"

or
WARNING: TA SAPK-S7220INCTSPLGN not found via index, reading whole buffer.

Please if someone has same issue and resolved it kindly share the solution.

that's problem already solved or not.

if solved, could your info to solution that problem.

because I'm implement SP Solman SP14, have problem same with you.

Hi Aya/ Arshad,

Please raise message with SAP as sometime these file attributes are required for applying patches and these are not available at service marketplace for regular download.

SAP can provide you these attribute files based on your scenario.
