Reconciliation Problem in J1IFQ

Hello Experts,

I have one issue regarding Subcontracting Challan Reconciliation. End User forgot to mention reference of Subcon Challan and saved the entry.

Eg: Challan is created for 10 kg.And GRN is done of 20 kg.We want to reconsile inJ1ifQ related to that GRN document number.Now it says

Material xxxxxxxxxx is not assigned fully, short by X.000 EA

And is not allowing me to save J1IFQ .Also Challan document number is not linked in table  J_1IGRXSUB and GRN has been done of multiple line items .

1st line item---5kg.

2nd line item--12 kg.

3rd line item--3 kg.

I have already refereed earlier SCN threads but did not find appropriate solution meeting my requirement.

Kindly Suggest any solution.

In J1IFQ you can assign multiple challans to complete the 20 kgs. Are all the 3 line items with 543 movement type.

Thanks for your reply.

You are correct we can assign multiple challans to complete 20 kgs .

Also all the 3 line items are of 543 movement type.

But when ever I input 2 challan numbers at time it take the last challan number and doesn't takes into consideration the 1st challan number and it again give the warning message like

Material xxxxxxxxxx is not assigned fully, short by X.000 EA

and does not allow me to save it.

Kindly suggest!!

Do you give the challan line item also. Give that also and let us know.
