Create Service Report in Sap Service Manager 4.3

Hi Experts,

I saw a new feature in sap service manager 4.3 -> create service reports and signature in pdf format.

Any idea on how it works technically? Is it using the OpenUI?

I am unable to find any details about this feature in any of the documents.

The report is generated on the backend and sent to the client.  It does not use Open UI and requires a connection to send and download the report.
