0SVY_DATA_1 is not fetching OLD Surveys created without "Evaluation in BIW" checked

Hello Gurus,

Recently We are in a process of fetching CRM Survey data into BW. We are using 0SVY_DATA_1 datasource. Earlier It was not fetching any data so we found out that in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE "Evaluation in Business Information Warehouse" was not checked. After this setting, 0SVY_DATA_1 datasource was able to fetch survey data but only those surveys which were created after the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE BW related settings.

My question is that Is there any way to fetch all those survey related data which were created before this setting? any mass run etc?

Please suggest.

Hello Fahim,

Note 1955619 - Data from surveys out of validity range is not processed by extractor 0SVY_DATA_1 might help you.

We are already on latest support package of BBP CRM 713. So this SAP NOTE does not validate.
