Hi community,

I removed my certificate from IE and now I can't find a way to install it.

I cannot log on to SAP Service Marketplace.

Can you please me out with this ?

Best,

Christoforos

Finally i found a solution:

I connected through citrix and i exported my certificate and then imported it on my local machine.

Hope that helps someone on the future

without a valid user for the SAP Marketplace you can't have the certificate.

The certificate itself is not specific for Internet Explorer or Chrome, it is at windows level in the System control settings for Internet options.

Thanks for you immediate reply !

But going there, is not providing me the option to install a new one.

Can you please be more specific ?

this link should take you directly to the place to get the certificate: Simplify Your Login | SAP Support Portal

Unfortunately, I 've been trying to download that for ages, and even though I am connected,

it asks me to provide username and password, but in the end it's invalid.

The server says: SAP Service Marketplace.

So it looks like to enter the marketplace you have to have access to marketplace.

Certainly, that was what I said initially "without a valid user for the SAP Marketplace you can't have the certificate."
