Hi,

It is possible to archive succesfully processed messages, however it requires custom archive job (standard one is used for edited messages only).

For single stack configuration please go to Configuration and Monitorign Home -> Monitoring -> Adapter Engine -> Background Job Processing Monitor. All details are available there.

In the Message Monitor please go to the last tab: "Archive".

there is no message there!

I tried week, last hour, last month all options but unable to see a single message

at the same time the archive job runs fine in the "Background Job Processing Monitor: Process Jobs" page

Then it means that messages were deleted by Default Delete Job. Please have a look at availabe job types:

Background Job Types

I assume you have to define a new archive job, the default one does not process succesfull messages.

What are the values for counters "Processed Messages" in your case?

You might also need to check XML DAS configuration.

where do I find the value for counters "processed messages"?

there is a delete job.

Default Delete Job and it shows success in green color.

It should be also available in "Background Job Processing Monitor: Process Jobs", please check last colums. Please also make sure that custom archive job runs before delete job.

Hi,

Default Archive Job applies only for edited messages. Good thing that this job is not archiving any message in a productive system

You'll need to create manually an additional archiving job for the rest of the messages in a final status.
