Hi Experts,
I have a simple requirement, but not finding exact steps to proceed with configuration.
There are idocs failing in CRM for Accounts (Business Partners) with error "Language key & not defined".
So I wanted to add a language in CRM, to bring it in-sync with other systems and prevent this idoc failure.
How to do it ? Require exact customizing starting from scratch till end, with every possible detail.
Please help me.

Hello Nidhi,
SAP Netweaver, on which is SAP CRM based, does not allow adding unlimited number of languages.
Languages are stored in table T002 (among others), there you can see all available language keys, where is also ISO code used (usually) in data exchange.
However, there is an option how to add additional customer-specific language, the procedure is described in OSS note 112065 - Using customer language 'Z1' .
Please, what language do you need to add? Maybe you could also create OSS ticket wtih request to reserve standard SAP code entry for table T002.
