Delivery creation of STO via RV50SBT1

Dear, all,

we are facing a problem / error for creation of deliveries for STOs via RV50SBT1.

We could not find out a way to reproduce this issue. Maybe someone has an idea or knows the problem already.

I could not find any helpful existing SAP note.

As far as we could see, every wrong created delivery (around 2% of all created deliveries are wrong) was created by RV50SBT1 either via background processing or via VL04 from User in foreground. Sometimes there are more than 1000 deliveries created by one batch run, sometime it is only 1 delivery.

No wrong delivery created via VL10D, etc.

Following situation occurs:

STO s1:

Position 1   material xyz Requested quantity 100 PC for 04.12.2015. Confirmation for 04.12.2015. MBDAT 01.12.2015.

Delivery d1 created on 01.12.2015

Position 1   material xyz   100 PC  14:38:13

Position 2   material xyz   100 PC  14:38:13

Entry in Table EKET

EBELN   EBELP  ETENR    MENGE   GLMNG   WAMNG

s1           10            1             100          200           200

s1           10            2               0            200           200

Jeekers, your post brings back some old memories.  VL04/RV50SBT1 was rendered obsolescent by SAP in R/3 4.6C.  I haven't seen that program used for more than 10 years.

Since you don't have any problems with VL10*, why not use the 'modern' replacement for RV50SBT1?  RVV50R10C.

Dear DB49,

thanks for your answer.

We know already that it was obsolescent, but it still worked for us.

But now it seems that STOs are not correctly processed.

The new report is working fine!
