CBMA Alerts not received

Hi Experts ,

I have configured CBMA Alerts using AlertConsumerJobV2 . When I checked the job log it states 3 alerts had been consumed and aggregated successfully , but there were no email alerts received .  Can you please guide how to solve this issue ?
