Error 403 Forbidden integration SAP Portal and DMS

Hi , experts !

I'm having trouble paragraph Making the communication between the SAP Portal AND DMS .

I have a Application Made no SAP web dynpro java, ESSA Application Download hum file that is located not DMS .

WHEN put My application tries Perform download and Return Error 403 Forbidden .

As any idea I resolve this issue ?

Hi Claudia,

Can you advise if you have installed the DMS Connector for KM and if the DMS Repository manager is running/started up? I would advise checking SAP Note 1143726 for recommendations concerning the troubleshooting of issues with either. DMS integration is usually handled through PLM rather than KM but as far as I'm aware both of these would be required if attempting to configure such.
