Error when try to run package in BPC MS 75 for one of the appserver from 3 appserver

Hi,

We have an issue when try to run any package as shown on the screenshot below. We have 3 appserver and it only happen to one of the appserver.(Appserver 3). Based on the log error, can anyone advise what may went wrong with the appserver.

It seem many has advised to un registed and register one of the dll file. But since our server admin unable to do the task, we have choose to clone one of the working appserver and re configure back our appserver3. Thank you for any advice

Hi Kheirudin,

Based on this part of the error message, "Unknown, Object: OSoft.Services.Application.DataMgr.PackageExecute2008.DTSX"

It looks like the system is unable to find the SSIS package, "PackageExecute2008.DTSX"

Either that or there's a permissions issue keeping the file from being accessed.

Try to verify the file is where it's supposed to be and that both you and the system account can access it.
