MDM master server ending with 'file failed a crc check' while mounting from Console

Dear Experts,

We have started MDM master server (MDM 7.1.08.324) and tried to mount from MDM console of version 7.1.07.234 but the connection is ending with file failed a crc check error.

Repositories are showing in running status with clix mdsStatus command. No error reported in logs.

Please clarify us that, do we need to update the console (or) is there any workaround to use the same console.

Hello Bharath!

You need to use an MDM Console with the same SP level of the MDM Server, or else an CRC error will be returned.

Since your server is on SP08, download and install MDM Console version SP08 and it should work.
