Thanks you very much for your support. Actually in one of my client the SAP B1 on e add-on payment engnie and ESlter addon, are not installing successfully status is showing "Unknow Error (-7204, 0xffff3edc)".

Sir, actually they are using windows 8.1. and the SAP business One is the manager login only and it is having full authorizations.

can you try to install only Payment addon?
Does the Window User the right authorizations?
Do you have this error in all PC's?

Elster addon is only for Germany. Do you need really?
For Payment addon installation:
1. Which OS are you using?
2. Are you installing as Administrator?
