Hello Experts,
I am in a situation where I am unable to print the documents attached to a specification.
Other users with same roles are able to print the docs attached to a spec.
Currently I use Microsoft word 2013.
I found this from the error frm the logfile
"running macro wwiEOleGraphic
E000 Error: OLE Exception (-2146823655) from Word8_MacroStart by Microsoft Word: Unable to run the specified macro (HRESULT Code:4633)
E000 Please check Word macro security. See SAP note 549858
I000 running macro lasted: 0.0 sec."
I even checked note 549858, but wasn't able to find a fix for it.
Can anyone suggest if there are workarounds available for this scenario?
Thanks in advance,
Best Regards,
Yogesh
Hello,
Any suggestions/advice from anyone on this?
Do I uninstall and reinstall the software again?
Kind Regards,
Yogesh

Hi Ralph, Hi Pavan,
Thanks for the quick response.
The execution of Macros has been disabled in our organization due to security issues.
The thing that I don't understand is that with the same setting(disabled Macro settings), it works for other users!
And FYI, the word version installed on my laptop is 2013.

Yogesh

HI Yogesh,
If a macro can be executed depends to some degree on the location of the WWI generates file and if they are within a trusted location / template location that you can specify in word.
I have a similar issue - but I'm unable to get it to work (Fro me it is the document protection that does not get activated - but everything else works).
All the best and good luck
Mark
Hi Yogesh,
As the note says: Did you change the settings on your laptop so that Word is permitted to execute Macros?

Hi Yogesh,
Not sure of this specific error, but have you tried by keeping word macro settings as 'low'?

Pavan
