5/1/2015 to 6/1/2015 we added 65 Gb manually
but there is a chg.size like .23,.22....1.50 and as per the attached screen shots sapdata file size is 299GB and free space is 144GB
as per DB02 the size of ORA is 222.86GB and free space is 88.9GB
How to understand the DB growth
and we plan to increase the file size, kindly advice which are the file size needs to be increased.
Thanks and Regards,
Kathir
Hi,
For space mismatch - try refreshing the the DB02 screen. This will schedule a background job, once the job is complete you will have latest information in DB02.
About what file to increase..
If i take the about table info is related to tablespaces available in your system than they all have enough space for growth. When you find the any tablespace reaching 85% for Used(%) you can go for extending that tablespace by adding datafile in it.
You can get the details of datafiles associated to a tablespace in tablespace analysis report in DB02

Hi,
In BRTOOLS you have a option to list all the datafiles, in this way you will be able to see on what all drives your database resides and according to that you can go ahead increasing drives.
You can also query select name,status from v$datafile;
