Authoriazation check on based on Sales org in BPM process

Hi

I have a requirement where in a BPM process there are several task owners to approve there tasks. In the individual task there is certain sales org related data   need to be manually verified by the task owners. On trigger of task all of the potential users should get notification but they should see data applicable to them .Task UI we want each owner to get his authorized sales org only to validate.

As of now each of the potential user is getting all the sales orgs in his UI which I am passing through the Data object .

HI Poonam Sharma,

You can mark the Notification checkbox as true.

Then you can set the required subject and body using EJB functions. In the EJB functions you can filter out the unwanted Sales Orgs that are being sent in the notification mails.
