Error on BPF Submit

Hi All,

      When submitting the activity in Business process flow the following error occurs:

"There was a problem completing the activity BPF: environment is currently locked".

The above issue is replicating very rarely.

Hello Aditya,

Completely agree with Satish,

In BPF one user is editing a template other user can't able to do that. so if you want edit that please check that template is locked on which user id in the web admin, and wait until his editing completed or ask him to finish it

Hi All,

       No user is editing template. Infact two users are submitted there respective activities at a time in the same instance for that template. Then one of the user will face this issue.
