Hello,upon successful certification test I have received invitation to log into SAP Credential Manager. However after numerous attempts to retrieve my password/username I have not received any e-mail from the system with username/password reset despite that the Credential Manager statement that "Account Recovery was successful, please check your E-mail". Please help.

Thank you for your Message. I have just send out an new Account activation for your Credential Manager Account.
Your Account was fresh created and never activated. So trying a Password reset can't work.
In those cases write to credential-manager@sap.com to get your Account activation mail.

I sent a email to credential-manager@sap.com, but I only got an automatic reply answer and i still remain without receiving the invitation mail or my password.

here is what I found: C_TSCM62_64 which is retired. Please, check https://training.sap.com/certification 'List of Valid Exams'. Your other Account wasn't created because of a missing e-mail address. As all communication from CM is e-mail based... we couldn't create your Account.
I hope you gmail account is still working as I used this to create your Account. Note this might take 24hrs. If you changed your mail Account write to credential-manager@sap.com.

But i didnt receive any password for this new User ID... I try to send a request of new password request ( Forget passwrod section ) trought Credential Manager portal, but i dont have answer yet. I think i must wait.
Regarding the another certfication: C_TSCM62_64, which is retired, How i can demostrate to my customers that i have been certified in this course if i don't have the access to credential manager with this certification...Exist some kind of historial for my past certifications

please, check your inbox. It is helpful to send an e-mail to credential-manager@sap.com with your Person ID (former SAP User-Id or S-User). You do receive an Out of Office reply but this inbox will be checked for such occurences.

Thanks Harald, i received a reset password mail and now i can access to Credential Manager !
Do you know if i can add my past certification C_TSCM62_64 to the list of certificates in Credential manager? Or, maybe, if i can obtain some printable version for this certificate?
I know it's retired, but SAP never sends me a pdf version of my certification or a print and i neeed to prove my customers that i'm associate certified in this course.

fine that your Account is now activated and set.
For a paper certificate of the C_TSCM62_64 you should reach out to SAP Education Argentina.
They might be helpful in this case. Please, list also the certificate ID as that Exam is not added to your actual Person-ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User).

I happened to see the posts today and am hoping that my problem gets resolved now.
I have cleared the SAP Certification - Successfactors LMS on February 24, 2016.
However, haven't received any mail from credential manager or any certificate from SAP. When I contacted local education office in India, they mentioned it will take 30 working days. Now, when I followed up with them (for the last two weeks) they mentioned that the certificate can be downloaded from Credential Manager. However, I don't have the credentials to login as I haven't received the welcome mail.

I was given a S-user ID in the invitation email yesterday, but so disappointed , this S -user ID is only for Sap Credential Manager. it cannot be used to login Sap service Market Place.
before taking the SAP Certification test, I have checked the SCN, and some threads told me once past the Certification test ,one would be allowed to login the Sap service Market place.
Could you tell me when and why does the SAP not afford assess to SAP SERVICE MARKET PLACE for those certificated guys any more?

Who can access SAP Service Marketplace?
SAP Service Marketplace can only be accessed by SAP Customers and SAP Partners. If you are working for a SAP Customer or SAP Partner, you can request an S-User ID for a specific customer or partner number. The customer number is provided to each company after signing the support agreement with SAP/Partner. Please note that only companies which have a valid maintenance agreement with SAP/Partner will be able to access the portal.
SAP Service Marketplace no longer issues S-User ID’s for certified consultants.

Dear Rául,
Student Accounts are in our Systems without an e-mail maintained.
SAP Credential Manager is based on e-mail communication and we did not create your Account for that reason.
So if your are still studiying or are in a Job you should reach out to your nearest SAP Education to get a SAP Person ID (former S-User). Search on https://training.sap.com; set your country and you get an e-mail address in the footer on the page.
Call or write to them ask for a User ID. Mention your old ID and that your certificate needs to be transferred. Once that is done drop us an e-mail on credential-manager@sap.com listing your new ID.

I have the same issue. Password recovery and account recovery options are not working. When I try these options I do see a success message saying an email is sent, however I have never received one.
I even dropped a note to credential-manager@sap.com, but no response.

this normally is also a Support Request in CM directly. Please, update your Personal Info in CM. Set checkmarks at: Visible in the Public Registry and scroll down to the bottom and "Agree" that you woul dlike to be visible there. Wait approx. 4 hrs. as the data will be replicated to different Servers.

I get below certificate in 2014. Now I see in CM site that this is valid only till 2016 year (summer). Can you explain that? I thought that certificates have life time validity.

I have the same issue as many others in this thread.
I have passed a SAP certificate 4 month ago and received the mail:
Your user login to SAP Credential Manager has been created.
Your SAP S-UserID is: s0009705885

Your account authorization code is: ACodomCb
Once you activate your account, you will be asked to verify your username and set your password. You will be able to access your account immediately. Please, note that it might take up to 48 hours until your certificates are visible.
Please note that the account activation link will expire on Thu Mar 03 13:03:31 CST 2016.
However the activation code lead to an "internal error"
I then tried to reset my password without success --> Account was never activated.
So I wrote an email to 'credential-manager@sap.com' without response.
could you please manually activiate the account for s0009705885?

please, set the Browser Language to English US or English EN for the first activation. Use Internet Explorer 9 or newer, or the LATEST Versions of Firefox, Chrome or Safari (set language to english as above mentioned). I will send a new Account activation in a few seconds.

Please, check https://training.sap.com/certifications and the 'List of Valid Exams'. The Exams listed under your Person-ID / S-User were retired some time, ago.

an e-mail was sent out, again. Please, use Internet Explorer 10 or newer or the latest Version of Firefox, Safari or Chrome to activate your Account. It seems to help if the Browser is set to English EN or US and popups are enabled for the activation process.

I had the same problem with the Credential Manager
Called the Support contact available at the bottom of the training.sap.com website for my local region and got a confirmation there is a delay with the accounts being created to Credential Manager portal although the email communication have been sent out
They have taken a request and sending the same to the team that creates such ID's
I suggest you speak to your region contact and raise the concern
