Dear Experts,
HRA is calculated 15% on Basic.If the employee is present for 26 days he will get HRA in the payslip otherwise not .
If the employee is present 25 days HRA will not be given to the employee.
Please tell how to map it.
Hi BALASUBRAMANIAN,
I entered this wage type in infotye 0008.
Thanks,
Deep

Hi Chowdhury,
This WT will be loaded in IT after WPBP function. But for comparing the absent days, it will take more steps in the schema.
Is this amount is included for calculation of any of the basis wage types like (EPF basis, ESI basis etc.) ?
You may have to understand that, if you consider this WT for other calculations/factoring etc. and finally you are not paying it to the employee, ,then it may be inconsistent.
You may have to find a suitable place after INP1 or ZNP1 where all the elements mentioned in the above PCR is available for calculation.
regards,
Bala.

Hi,
Please run payroll in simulation with display log option, and in the log you can find this wage type (spl allowance) which appears in table IT at the first instance. This will give you the function/Rule which calculates your spl allowance. After this point you can insert this rule.
In which infotype are you entering this wage type?
regards,
Bala.

Hi,
If you have defined counting classes for unpaid absences then you can write a rule like below (Just logic - please fine tune it, probably you may need to put ELIMI* & RESET * at appropriate places):
ZHRA
3
9HRA
ADDWT&VAR1
AMT=GAAU**
ADDWT&VAR2
AMT=TKSOLL
AMT - &VAR2
AMT?25
=
ZERO= A
ADDWT 9HRA
<
ZERO= A
ADDWT 9HRA
>
AMT=&VAR1
ADDWT *
Here 9HRA is the HRA wage type.
regards,
Bala.
