Insert/Update multiple level of subject categorization while creating a Service request .

Hi All,

I am new to SAP CRM .just got an assignment  to add the All the categories  as below

Category 1

Category 2

Category 3

Category 4

while creating the service request using CRM_Order_Maintain.

Hi,

Do you mean you are going to write your own program to create a service request?

If so, maybe you can get all processes by :

1. set breakpoint in FM CRM_Order_Maintain

2. create/edit service requests of the same type from T-code CRMD_ORDER or from webUI and filled in/change categories and save.

By observing the logics/the exporting parameters and values/the importing parameters and values, etc in CRM_Order_Maintain, it is possible to know how the crm_order_maintain should be used.
